Saturday and Sunday, October 26-27 – Gym is CLOSED for the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer seminar!

Please DO come to the gym Sunday evening at 6:30 for a going-away potluck for Cade, and a general gym social gathering!  The trainers from the Level 1 seminar will also be hanging out with everyone and some of the participants from the seminar.  Come and hang out!

Need a workout idea for Saturday?  Here is your homework:

4 rounds for time: at home or Buffalo Park….

  • 400m Run
  • 50 Squats
