Friday’s WOD
3 Attempts for Max Load:

Warmup to your start weight, which should be a weight you successfully lift every time.

2nd attempt should be a weight you have been successful at a few times, but it’s challenging.
3rd attempt should be a new PR.

If you miss your 2nd lift, you should repeat that weight or increase
only a little for your 3rd attempt.  No decreasing the weight is
allowed.  The highest successful weight lifted cleanly will be the
counted weight.
