Check out some Cleans and Rope Climbs going down at the Southwest Regionals this weekend – by the elite.  What causes the failures to happen?  Who does the best job, and why? 

(BONUS:  one of our own trainers/competitive athletes just MIGHT make a cameo appearance or 2 as a crackerjack judge in here!)

1. Warm-up: Work up to a moderate heavy snatch balance/speed under bar

2. 1 Snatch on the minute for 10 minutes – climbing.  Work up to about 90% of 1 rep max

3. "Dirty Labor" gym WOD

    Cindy but not really. Instead of pull ups I did box jumps on a sketchy ledge I found in the hallway. Also just did 10 minutes.
    5 rounds.
    I’m getting creative!!
    I’ve also been forgetting to post nutrition… ugh. All this food here is breaded or covered in a dairy product 🙁
