1.  Clean Ladder
Warm up as needed then begin with 225 and add 10# every minute.
Continue as long as possible.  If you miss you are done – treat this like a competition ladder.

2.  Front Squat 
2RM

3.  The Admiral
3 RFT:
20 Burpee Pull ups – six to ten inches above max reach
20 Front Squats, 155
20 Box Jumps, 24/20 – games standards

  1. Did this WOD on Sunday, having done all of the other WODs, and knowing I would be at work for it:
    Clean Ladder: 185#
    Front Squat: 185#
    The Admiral: 21:33. Bar was closer to 10 inches above max reach.

  4. “Admiral” – 22:31 – 95# (from rack, back hurts pulling from ground). Burpees hurt coming up, so just stepped up one leg at a time and then jumped. If FS were done just perfectly, back seemed ok. Hard to get depth. Hips are really tight.
