20 KBS, 53/35
25 Wall Balls
Rest exactly 3 mins between rounds

  1. WOD – 37:00 rx’d
    245 lbs. on the clean and jerk
    got 265 lbs. on the squat clean for a 15 lb. pr.

  2. At work… and a busy 24 hours to boot. Still made time to get a workout in with my crew, so today’s WOD was modified to fit that need:
    5 Rounds of:
    10 HSPU
    10 Power Cleans at 121#
    10 Burpees
    10 KTBS @ 35#
    10 Wall Ball, 12# to 11′
    Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds.
    Each person started at one movement and moved through the list in order to create a circuit.
    No time to get the Clean and Jerk done… conditioning day it is.
    Not a firebreather, but I have signed up for the Open.

    31:50 Rx’d – 1st 3 rds strict HSPU, kipped the last 2 rds.
