    OTM: 140#, Missed 1 MU on rounds 9, 11, 12
    Back was super tight from yesterday’s deadlifts. The more cleans I did, the tighter it got, and worse my kip got on the MU… also why I opted out of the GHD situps.

  2. Jerk balance – 135 x 2, 185 x 2, 205 x1
    OTM wod – 235#, missed one muscle up on rds 10 and 11. Made up reps at end of wod
    50 ghd – 2:51 ish

  3. 1. Jerk Balance 5×2 65#-115#
    2. OTM x 12 min: 125# x2 rds, increased to 135# and made that pretty well. Felt like I could have gone up, but was worried it was taking away my MU, so stuck with 135#. Made all the MU except last round. Had no more pull for a strict first one.
    Yay, though! First fairly pain-free muscles ups, and MULTIPLE muscle ups in MONTHS!
