For Time:

  • Run 5k (3 miles)

We came up with a new running route today to incorporate trails, so the morning class did the route finding and came out a little long and the evening class had a little too much shaved off their route and came out a little short!  We’ll get it perfected by next time, but everyone had a great workout and a beautiful run on a much nicer trail than the city streets!
