      15 Toes-to-Bar

3.  Gym WOD and Grip Strength work

Saturday

LSD (LONG SLOW DISTANCE) DAY!  Gym WOD – run or row or hike.  This is active rest today, since we have the Couples Competition WOD tomorrow.  Don't worry about time, just move steady.

Kettlebell clinic in afternoon.

Sunday

Gym WOD – COUPLES COMPETITION and ADULT PROM!
