Got a tweak? An ache? Need to recover from an injury or surgery? Or just want to dig into better positions and mechanics of foundational movements? Core stability, shoulder positions, back rehab, squat mechanics…. all are being addressed in the CORE and MOVEMENT class held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at noon and Sundays at 10:00 a.m.!  Get a trainer’s eyes on your mechanics and pre-hab and re-hab injury!  It’s simple but not easy!  You will get a workout and become stronger for the general CrossFit and Strength Focus workouts to boot.  We dare you to try it! – Ian and Lisa
