REST DAY FOR ALL!

AC2 Competitors – please rest yourselves and mentally prepare for your competition this Saturday!  You may mobilize and socialize at the gym, maybe practice some skill or a little weight to fine tune technique or mental fear of something, but this is your time to get your head ready for your game!

Friday

AC2 Competitors rest.  Others:

1.  Strength Focus – Push Press and Ball Slams

2. Gym Skill Focus – T2B and DU

3. Gym WOD – Homeward Bound
