1. 3x 50m Heavy Prowler Pull (driveway), 75m Hard Sprint (length of our street)
1:1 Work:Rest

2. Gym WOD – "Bubbles"
AMRAP 12 min:
10 Burpees
25 Double Unders

Core Strength: 3 rounds – 8 Good Mornings (155#/115#), 20 seated Russian Twist (20#/14#), 8 weighted Hanging Leg Raises (DB between feet)
