Teams of 3 Complete, For Time:

20 Steps Walking Lunge with barbell -100# M/70# W
300 Wall Ball -20# M/14# W
300 Kettlebell Swings -2 pood M/1.5 pood W

Form teams of 3 and rotate through the stations until the whole team completes 300 Wall Ball + 300 KBS (Shared). If team finishes WB or KBS first, then one teammate will shadow the another teammate and do burpees at the WB/KBS station.
