Team Strongman!
With a team of 2 (male and female preferable):

AMRAP 3 minutes of:
Clean and Jerk (no squat required)
   Rest 6 minutes
AMRAP 3 minutes of:
Atlas Stone Clean (squat required)
   IMG_0203Rest 6 minutes
AMRAP 3 minutes of:
Strict Pullups (fat bar for Rx’d)

* partners perform simultaneously on C&J and Atlas Stones, but one at a time on the pullups
* Score is as follows:
C&J and Atlas Stones:
Multiply number of reps performed by weight used and combine partner scores
1 Strict Pullup = 5 points
1 Kipping Pullup = 1 point
Add partner scores
* Total team score is combined points and weight from both partners

Agility/Jump Skill:  Cone drills – band resisted touches to 6 cones

5 rds, not for time:
Close Grip Bench Press – 3 reps
Dynamic Pushups – 10 reps

Close Grip Bench use bodyweight, or get as close as possible.
No rest between exercises, rest between rounds.  Increase weight on Bench each round if necessary, if bodyweight for 3 reps is possible, stay at same weight.
