Tanner’s Paradise – v2
*Teams of 2

20 Minute AMRAP:
– 7 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
– Shuttle Sprint (run to the middle and back and then directly to the other side)
– 7 Unbroken Overhead Squats (75#/55#)
– Shuttle Sprint

*Partner completes a full round.

SKILL WORK – a nice little hello from Lindsay, from far away in Chicago where you can’t reach her to slap her for this….
In a team of 2,  load 2 barbells to the same HEAVY weight. Farmer carry the barbells 400m.
