Tag Team WOD for Time:
Team Completes:

  • 2,000m Row
  • 800m Run holding 35lb. DB/KB
  • 100 Jumping Pullups
  • 100 Thrusters -45lb. bar
  • 100 Burpees

One team member works at a time, tag each other out as needed to complete reps.
Run 800m together, switch out kettlebell.
