Tabata Squats and Hand Stand Holds

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 10 intervals.

odd sets rest standing, even sets “rest” holding the bottom of the squat.

Then 3 Attempts at Max Timed in a Handstand Hold against the wall.

 

Before we got started on Tabata Squats, each class warmed up with “Death by 10M Sprints”

Beth D. Just had ACL Surgery a little over a week ago and is already back in the gym working out. Holding DB’s over head was her sub for Hand Stand holds today!
