Rest Day.  Well earned.


  1. “Lots o’ Shit” turned me into a pile! Woowhee!
    Great things about this workout:
    Got 10 real Bar Muscle-ups!
    Got deficit HSPU’s, which is a first in itself, but nearly pain free in the shoulder is an even bigger deal. Slow. But got ’em done!!
    Did all 20 OHS in both rounds unbroken. Another breakthrough in the shoulder an the back. Yay. I just might be coming back.
