  1. Repeat 13.5, paced it this time and got 75 reps. It was a good thing to do, because I learned that I don’t work well with broken sets like that. Dropping off the bar before I was really ready, or setting the barbell down before I was really ready was mental for me. It made me think and feel the burn. I would rather push through more reps while I feel good and manage my rests later. It’s interesting to note and evaluate.
