-75% x 5 reps superset with max rep barbell bent over rows

-85% x 3 reps superset with max rep barbell bent over rows

-95% x 1+ reps superset with max rep barbell bent over rows

Choose a row weight that you can get 6-10 reps

Pulling Skill Strength:
Clean Pulls – 5 min empty bar pulls, 10 min increasing weight for sets of 3
