WOD For Time:
Summit Fire Test Simulated

Wear turnout coat, helmet, gloves, 25 lb. pack
Goal: finish under 7 minutes

  • 50 10lb. Sledgehammer Strikes
  • 6 Hurst Tool Inserts (40lb.)
  • 60′ Backboard carry (90lb. BB)
  • 3 Rounds -5 Pike Pole Hoists (45lb. BB)
  •               -3 Pike Pole Pulls (45-55lb.)
  • 15 Steps and 25′ Carry EMS Boxes (2x30lb. DB’s)
  • 60′ 150lb. Dummy Drag
  • 150′ Hose Drag (95lb.tire)
  • 50′ Hose Pull (50lb.tire)

Connie met Mr. Pukie today on the hose drag, but recovered for the hose pull and was still able to say, "That was fun!"  This is a true CrossFit woman!
