Team Log carry – 6 minute AMRAP
Carry out to turn-around cone (50m), 6 team squats with log shouldered, switch shoulders;
Carry back to start line, 6 team squats with log shouldered, switch shoulders;
Repeat.

Find the heaviest dumbbell you can do the following with:
Strict Press complex – 2L, 2R, 3L, 3R, 5L, 5R without setting the DB down

Record rounds & reps from #1, DB weight from #2
