1)  Twenty minutes for everyone to find a heavy 50-foot OH carry with either a yoke or an axle (empty yoke = 125#, so keep the axle under 120#; empty axle = 25#)

2)  30 Double-KB Hang Clean & Push-Press for time (6 minute cap – choose load wisely)
