SKILL WORK – IMG_4991
find a team of three with similar 1rm deadlifts. Load 2 bars to 80-85% OF 1rm DL. Upon 3-2-1 go, deadlift the bars up. If someone’s grip starts to fail the floater will take the bar without letting it touch the ground. The object is to be the team that is able to keep both bars off the ground the longest.
