Lower from a handstand to your feet as slowly as possible, 20 reps
*start in a handstand, first lower to your head as slow as possible then lower your legs as slow as possible, until you are standing again.

Lower from a pull-up to a hang as slowly as possible, 16 reps

Big Congrats to Stephen for getting his FIRST kick up into a Handstand tonight! He then proceeded to do the lower, and slowly bring his feet to the ground!

There weren’t very many photos from today…mostly because we were so busy watching and coaching all of our awesome athletes work on skills that were hard for them. Every single person that did today’s WOD worked incredibly HARD for the proper positions and nearly everyone had some sort of first or break through today. Thank you all for pushing the margins of your comfort zone and being coach-able!
