Form Teams of 2 and blast through the stations together, for total time:

1 mile Run
  10 Rounds:
    10 Burpees

    10 Wall Ball
-20# M/15# W to 10' target
1 mile Run

Both partners must run together. When they are back from the run, one can do 10 Wall Ball first and the other do 10 Burpees. They will continue to rotate through the 10 Wall Ball and 10 Burpees untill each completes 10 rounds of 10 Wall Ball & 10 Burpees (not shared). Once they have completed all 10 rounds, they will finish the last run together.
