1. 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. – Barbells for Boobs – “Amazing Grace” – wear pink!!!

or 9:00 a.m. Strongman version – “Sandbag Grace”¬† -still wear pink AND bring gloves!

2. SICest competitors: practice team jump rope

3. Practice segments of your workouts: re-test your times on the Deadlift/____ or Clean/C2B,

4. Test 2 minutes of your movement for the 2nd workout.
