Comp Squad version of "Shaken, Not Stirred"

Note differences in WB, Box Jump, Deadlift (weights and height) from gym WOD.

1.  AMRAP 8:
10 wall balls (30/20)
10 Box Jump (30/24)
10 TTB

rest 12 minutes – then,

2.  3 RFT:
7 Deadlift (315, 225)
400m Run

Comments

  1. Part 1: 4 Rounds + 3 wall ball. Did wall ball to 10′.
    Part 2: 8:28

  2. Did the “Shaken” not the “Stirred” – had to teach and my back hurts enough the DL wasn’t a good idea. Squats for WB and firing the hip for T2B and BJ was plenty.
    Part 1: 4 rds. + 10 WB + 7 BJ
