Power Snatch + Squat Snatch – work up to a heavy set.  No dropping between reps.

2.  Thruster
1 RM – from a rack.

3. Bigger "Snake Bite"

4.  5 round for time of:
5 Bench Press – heavy
300m Row
3 min rest between rounds – Keep the same weight for all 5 sets.  Post load and time.

    17:23 (14th overall- women, 1st for age group)
    All of my paternal aunts and uncles came to Sedona to run the 5k event at the Sedona Marathon. It was so much fun! The only disappointment of the day was finding out that the 5k was not actually a 5k; due to “permitting issues” the race was shortened to approximately 2.6 miles.
