  1. Boy…i have only been gone for a bit over a week but MAN DO I MISS YOU GUYS!!! I am not allowed to do Kipping pullups…they say it is a bad habit to swing my legs, and squatting past parallel…they think i am crazy. Keep up the STRONG WORK everyone!!!
