Buck has commited to improve his fitness and his determination shows.

Isabelle’s daughter, Keira, joined us today.  She helped us keep track of rounds, and then did her own 6 rounds of Cindy.  Keira is a strong girl and we are proud of her enthusiasm and spunk.

Duane: 12 rounds, jumping pullups
Buck: 7 rounds, jumping pullups, plus additional situps
Isabelle: 14 rounds, jumping pullups
Keira: 6 rounds

CrossFit strongly encourages kids of all ages to get involved, work out with their parents and friends, play, be active, and develop a strong and healthy lifestyle from an early age.  Now is when their habits for a lifetime begin.

Brand X Martial Arts, a CrossFit affiliate in Ramona, CA, has developed CrossFit Kids website and magazine.  They are both amazing resources for workout ideas and information on training and  introducing CrossFit to kids of all ages.

    Air Squats???? I was supposed to do air squats? No wonder I only got 5 rounds of Cindy and bonked on the last run… legs were toast.

    95 lbs in the Squat rack.
