9:00 a.m. class is a little nuts and they added a set of Tabata Squats and a set of Tabata Situps to give the workout a little kicker at the end.  Good times.

Just so we’re clear on who the real Queen of Crazy is, all note the board to see that Amanda not only did the 5k Row, the Tabatas, but ALSO yesterday’s "Barbara" workout!  That is crazy.
