    workouts I missed this week, all in a row…
    1st. Bench/Row with 95# 10:40 (feel strong)
    2nd. Joshie w/ 20# 27:something (look cool)
    3rd. 150 Burpee’s, make it to 21 (almost pass out)
    Last. Show off my sweaty Crossfit shirt as I walk by guy on leg press. He calls me a name, but I’m too tired to care and about to meet pukie for breakfast – 55:24

  2. RIGHT ON CULLEN!!! That guy is just jealous that his work out wasn’t half as much fun nor even half as useful.Way to “fly the colors” in a “normal gym”!!!
