REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR FOOD JOURNALS TO THE GYM AND HAVE THEM REVIEWED BY A TRAINER!  IT'S THE END OF YOUR FIRST OFFICIAL WEEK GETTING OFF THE CRACK!  MAKE IT COUNT BY LOGGING IT IN AT THE GYM!
