15 – 12- 9 Reps of Power Clean and Jerks (max load)

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No
dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets. If
your weight is too heavy and miss an unbroken set, drop the weight and
do-over unbroken.
