New Schedule Changes

Hello CrossFit Flagstaff!

We have new changes to the Class Schedule starting tomorrow (Tuesday, January 26th!)

Nuts and Bolts classes are starting back up and you will be need to Sign Up Online to attend.  (starts tomorrow evening)

  • 6 a.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • 6 p.m. on Tues, Wed, Thurs*
  • 9 a.m. on Saturdays
*This Thursday evening's class is a Double Under specific
clinic with RPM Speedrope's Shane Rogers.
  If you are struggling with
Double Unders, want your rope sized, or just want efficiency tips for
improvement, this is a great opportunity!  SIGN UP!

Each Nuts and Bolts session focuses
primarily on skill and technique development and often features a short
WOD towards the end of the hour. These sessions are aimed at more in-depth coaching, technique and proper position develoment and refinement; focus on form without the clock. These classes are open to anyone and we strongly encourage both newer athletes as well as experienced to attend for faster development on technique, resulting in greater performance gains. 
This week will focus on Squats – stronger bottom position, how to drive through the middle of the squat, knee/femur rotation to open up the hip.  Clean and Jerk – best positions for pull off the ground and power through the hip in the Clean specifically.  Presses on Saturday will focus on the Jerk – torso position in the dip, accessing power from the hip to drive the bar overhead.

Strength Focus classes will remain on their same schedule, but you need to Sign Up Online for them ahead of time in order to attend.

  • Mondays and Thursdays – 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m.
  • Fridays – 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m.

Saturday class time addition!  Saturday's are getting BIG, so we are adding an 11:00 a.m. class and the Free Saturday's will be offered at 10:00 and 11:00 for Adults, 10:00 for Kids.  That will start this coming Saturday!
