This is a Northern Arizona University semester course offered through their Physical Education Services department and meets here in our box twice a week. This course will introduce students to the basics of CrossFit and is scalable to anyone’s fitness level. We will use functional movements, variance in programming, and intensity to maximize  fitness results. Students will learn correct weight lifting, basic gymnastics, as well as Olympic Weightlifting mechanics.
