Wow you guys!  These squats are FABULOUS!!  I am SO excited about the improvements!!

Chris is really showing awesome improvement in squat form.  Today he used 65 lbs. for the workout and his form was great.  33 lb. was a real challenge just one month ago when he started on March 6th! (end photo)
