CrossFit Benchmark WOD, "Murph"

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was
killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he named it "Body Armor".
CrossFit commemorated Mike Murphy with that workout and it is one of our
signature workouts now referred to as "Murph".Dsc00082_3

For Time:
1 Mile Run

20 rounds of:
5 Pullups
(100 total)
10 Pushups (200 total)
15 Squats (300 total)
1 Mile Run

"We saw your 20 rounds for time and decided that was only 1 mile run
away from Murph.  The hand picture is mine – I did 96 pullups while
and the final four while crying softly to myself!!!"  -Ryan

Ouch!  Nice work everyone!  I see some improvement on times!
