    Snatch complex – 145 lbs.
    Front squat – 3rm 255 lbs./10 rm 215
    Wod – 12:48 rx’d
    Goat – hspu with an abmat and 1 35 lb. plate under each hand. This I found to be a glaring weakness at Remember Tucson. I was only able to get 5 on the minute for 10 minutes before hitting complete and total failure.
