If you trained through the holidays as normal, I would recommend heeding the advice below, get recharged for the last push before the Open. If you rested more over the holidays and/or tapered and missed a lot last week for the Tucson Comp then maybe go ahead and make-up one or two of those days, but think about what you need most right now.  -Todd Miller

1.  Snatch 3×1 at 80%
2.  10 x 1 Front Squat
3.  2K Row at 1 minute slower than PR

  2. Made this WOD up on 1-18-13.
    Snatch: 120#
    Front Squat: 180#
    2K Row: 8:44. Thought I was at a good, mellow pace but still ended up being faster than what was prescribed… I guess this is a good thing?
