Merry Christmas!

NOT For Time:

Snow ski, hike, snowshoe, chill at home in front of the fire, enjoy friends and family, take time to reflect and appreciate all that you have, all that you are.

Mike and I want to thank ALL of our clients, those past and present, for a very wonderful first year for CrossFit Flagstaff.  It was started as a little side-hobby out of our garage, intended to draw some folks in to come and play at CrossFit with us, and because of all of your enthusiasm, support, drive, motivation, desire for more, for getting some, and going again…we GREW!  We left our little garage and moved to a larger space, we bought more equipment, and we just keep on growing!  Every one of you has had a part in that, every one of you has encouraged us to keep it going as a business.  Your own love for CrossFit fuels our growth and our own enthusiasm.  THANK YOU!!
We want to extend special thanks to Tara Paprocki for her own very large part in CrossFit Flagstaff.  She has been a driving force behind us, and she created this video for us, with a lot of hard work and time dedicated to helping us thank all of you.  Please enjoy.  This is a dedication to each and every one of you…

Merry Christmas, and Cheers to another successful year of growth at CrossFit Flagstaff!  Growth by each of you in your own personal strengths and goals.

  1. Mike and Lisa,
Thank you for providing me with an area to test my mettle and pound the salt of my soul. As the petagenarian of Flag Cf I’m compelled to say, after decades of fitness pursuits, I’ve never had such an opportunity to sweat and bleed and fall into a fetal ball of pain. I can’t tell you how much I love it.
More importantly- you two are affrimations of the best of life, generosity of spirt and the courage to accept limitations as nothing more than a temporary baseline.
    Happy New Year
    with gratitude
Steve Hendrix (now . . . one, two, three, GO!)

  2. Steve,
    Thanks for the kind words.
We really appreciate your presence at Crossfit Flagstaff. Anyone who leaves it all on the floor every day as you do, and does it all with such a positive attitude will only make us all better and stronger in both body and spirit.
I like to think that Crossfit builds character. It certainly reveals it.
