500m Row for 4 Intervals -rest and recover between each interval
What’s your best 500m Row time?

Rest 5-8 minutes, then:

Weighted Pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 rep rounds to max
                –
increase weight each round, rest between each round

    Hey, I did this yesterday. Great minds think alike. Except I was aiming for 8 rounds @ a sub-2:00 pace with a minute rest in between. But I died after the 4th round. Best round was 1:56.
