Well said. I am inspired and impressed every day by all of you.  In here, throwing down heart and soul, giving every workout your all.  All that you have that day is everything.  That means everything.  You can walk out that door and know that nothing else can you bring you down because you fought a hard fight already, and you won.  Congratulations.

Welcome also to Morgan, Jenny, and Tyler who just finished Foundations and private intros to join the CrossFit classes!  We are super excited to have these guys in our community!  We have really enjoyed working with them through their foundational introduction and have seen incredible progress in all of them, already!
