As many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of:

  • 5 Jumping Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Air Squats

BIG thank you to Tara and Danielle for coming in to teach while Katie and Billy are in California!  Everyone loved having you as instructors tonight! 
Katie and Billy are at the CrossFit Kids certification seminar, learning lots of cool new information and exercises to bring home and share with all of you!
