So many first Double Unders today!  Congratulations!  It was a tough rule, taking away the crutch of 2:1, 3:1, etc. Single Unders to Double Unders as a scale, but forced practice at high volume is the only way to ever get people the break through they need on skills that are purely timing and agility.
