Scott gave us a great intro today on What Is CrossFit. My favorite is the Community. That is where the fun is. Agony and Laughter, shared!

What a great way to kick off the new year!  A team CrossFit workout!  Thank you to all who came out and joined us today!  We had some great classes and lots of new people!
