5 push-ups => 10-second bar hang => inch worm=>
30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => 200-meter run

Skill: Power Clean

Cash Out:
3 stations: 3 Rounds
5 Pull Ups
10 Power Cleans OR Med Ball Cleans
3 cone sprint drill
