We had a GREAT turnout and an awesome group to kick off 2007 today!  We
want to thank every one who has been coming to CrossFit Flagstaff and
helped us get it off the ground and off to such a great start.  Mike
and I are both inspired and encouraged by every one of you and really
look forward to seeing even more growth and progress in the coming
year.  Keep up the strong work!
