           3-3-3-3-1-1-1 Rep Rounds


Kevin has a GREAT squat here.  Observe the angle of the ankle and the slope of the shin to the knee.  This is position is hips pulling back, weight in the heels, chest up, no weight driving into the knees, no acute angle in the ankle or weight into the ball of the foot as a result – therefore, no knee pain, load is centered over the hips.

  3. for all you crossfitting ladies,
    i thought that i would pass along information about the women’s soccer league the city offers in the summer. i signed up yesterday at the parks and rec office in city hall (for the red team) and they said there haven’t been many people registering yet.
    the cost is $40 if you register before May 23rd and the season is ten weeks long starting at the beginning of june. all skills are welcome and games are sundays only (a xfit free day!!!).
    it would be fun to have familiar faces out there!
