img_1173img_1113img_1160Ever hear someone say, “I finished that workout in 10 mins, but I could have done it in about 9:30” or, “I got 4 rounds, but I should have gotten 5”? There are no “woulda, coulda or shouldas” in a champion’s life. They know that what they did is all that they were capable of. If they had more they would have done more. And they will always give their best in the moment, because they know hindsight is 20/20, so just give your best now so there is no room to second guess after.  And be ok with that.  If what you gave was what you had, what you “did” is where you are at this given moment.  And that is enough.

Tiana was the third place woman overall in the 55K Flagstaff Sky Race! 34 miles and 10K of vertical gain. She finished in 8:20! AMAZING!!

Sam and Tara teamed up for Girls Gone WOD down in Scottsdale and took 7th place out of 40 teams in their division! They had to swing a 70# Kettlebell over their heads and made it happen 5 times!

Beth D and Tamaryn teamed up for Girls Gone WOD and kicked ass together! Nice work on the team effort, Ladies! Tamaryn hit all the burpees on one of the workouts, while Beth did the cleans! Congratulations for stepping up to this challenge!
